Representatives of 72 countries are invited to International Bread Forum

“Bread means Peace”.

International Bread Forum “Bread means Peace” will take place in September 2019, from 19^th till the 22^nd, in ethno-park “ETHNOMIR” in  Kaluga Region and representatives of 72 foreign countries are invited to participate in it.

from Europe – 31 countries

from Asia – 15 countries

 from Аmerica – 19 countries

 from  Аfrica – 7 countries

The Congress of Union Internationale de Boulangerie et Boulangerie-Patisserie (UIBC), one of the major and key events of the Forum, will gather baking professionals from 60 countries of the world. Representatives of small and medium size  businesses of bakery  and confectionary industry,  cooperation and related industries, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, packaging, ingredients and materials, delegations of scientific      organizations, Universities, vocational   training schools.

Foreign media are also invited to cover the events of the Forum.
